Hello, my name is Joan. I started on SOUL in April 2017. Two months later I added CORE. I have PTSD, TBI & DID. My digestion system has been bad all my life. And about 3 years ago I became intolerant to gluten. If I ate anything with gluten in it I would have flu-like symptoms. Headache, sick to my stomach for about 24 hours and then a bout of diarrhea. And then I was fine. But then I was adding more fiber, i.e. wheat breads, to my diet and I got so sick I lost 10 pounds in 5 days. Went to a couple doctors and learned I had a gluten intolerance.

A couple months ago it seemed like I was becoming more tolerant to gluten. I thought it was the CORE but I had just added PURE to my diet. After a couple months of investigating I found that CORE was improving my digestion but the really amazing discovery for me was that if I eat something with gluten in it and start experiencing flu like symptoms if I just drink a packet of CORE and an individual packet of PURE my gluten intolerant symptoms go away within the hour.

Other benefits I experienced within the first week of drinking SOUL was relief from mental and physical fatigue caused by my PTSD which had been continually declining for the past year and a half. After 3 days my mental fatigue was gone and I also had more physical energy. The first night I drank SOUL right before bedtime

I had the best night of sleep ever. On day 6 of drinking SOUL my arthritis pain in my thumb went from a 10+ down to a 2 or 3 pain level. After adding BEND to my diet I found I have much more flexibility. My brain health has continually improved since April, 2017.
